Photon Solar operates an RCS (Rich Communication Services) business messaging bot and a WhatsApp Business account to send you solar installation quotes, site audit confirmations, and service reminders.
Consent: We send RCS / WhatsApp messages only to users who have explicitly opted in—either through our web enquiry form, by texting START to our business number, or by providing their number during a site visit and signing a consent form.
Opt-Out: You can stop all RCS or WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Opt-outs are processed within 24 hours. Replying STOP does not cancel your enquiry or any agreed site audit booking.
Message Frequency: We send no more than 4 promotional messages per calendar month. Transactional messages are sent only when directly triggered by an action you have taken.
Data From RCS Interactions: We log the timestamp, delivery status and content of messages sent by our bot, and any reply you send. These logs are retained for 12 months from the last interaction for opt-out compliance and dispute resolution. Interaction logs are not shared with any third party, including aggregators, except where required to deliver the messaging service itself.
Prohibited Uses: Our RCS bot will never ask you for payment card details, OTPs, Aadhaar numbers or passwords via any messaging channel. If you receive a message purporting to be from Photon Solar that requests such information, do not respond and report it immediately to photonsolar0@gmail.com.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile operator may apply to messages you receive or send. Photon Solar does not charge for messages sent through our programme.
Telecom Compliance: All RCS and SMS communications comply with TRAI's regulations on Unsolicited Commercial Communications, the DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registration requirements and applicable TRAI directives in force from time to time.
