Welcome to Photon Solar. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Photon Solar's Website and our solar installation services in Chhattisgarh.
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Photon Solar and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
By requesting a quote or booking an installation, you agree to provide accurate information and allow our team access to your premises for site audits and installations.
In no event shall Photon Solar, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our services.
Photon Solar operates an RCS (Rich Communication Services) business messaging bot and a WhatsApp Business account. By opting in to our messaging programme, you agree to the terms set out in this section.
Opt-In Consent: You must explicitly opt in before we send you any promotional or marketing message. Opt-in methods include: (a) ticking the consent checkbox on the enquiry form on our website; (b) texting START to our business number; or (c) verbally at a site audit, confirmed by signature on a consent form. Opt-in is not a condition of requesting a quote.
Message Types: We send two categories of messages: Transactional messages (site audit confirmations and service appointment reminders) and Promotional messages (new solar offers and events). Promotional messages require explicit opt-in and can be opted out of independently.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from all messages immediately. Reply STOP PROMO to unsubscribe from promotional messages only while keeping transactional messages active. Opt-outs take effect within 24 hours of receipt.
Message Frequency: Promotional messages: maximum 4 per calendar month. Transactional messages: sent only as triggered by bookings or service appointments, with no fixed limit.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile network operator may apply to messages you receive from or send to us. Photon Solar does not levy any additional charge for messages sent through our programme.
Prohibited Bot Uses: Our RCS / WhatsApp bot will not, under any circumstances, request payment card details, OTPs, Aadhaar numbers, passwords or any other sensitive personal or financial information. Any message purporting to be from Photon Solar that requests such information is fraudulent. Do not respond to it and report it immediately to photonsolar0@gmail.com.
Interaction Logs: We retain logs of all messages sent and received through our messaging programme for 12 months from the date of the last interaction. These logs are used solely for opt-out compliance, dispute resolution and regulatory audit. They are not shared with any third party, including aggregators, except where required to deliver the messaging service.
TRAI Compliance: All SMS and RCS communications comply with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India's (TRAI) Unsolicited Commercial Communication regulations, applicable DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registration requirements, and any TRAI directives in force from time to time.
These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Chhattisgarh, India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Chhattisgarh for the resolution of any disputes.
